In recent years, I focused on photographing ceremonies at San Francisco City Hall. What started as a natural extension of my work became a direction I chose intentionally.
Over time, I realized I was paying attention not only to the ceremony itself, but to how people exist within the space and how light, architecture, and composition shape the way those moments are remembered.
That’s what defines my approach now. Simple, clean images that feel true to the day, without overcomplicating the experience.

Before focusing on City Hall ceremonies, I spent years working in commercial photography. I photographed restaurants, interiors, products, portraiture, and executive headshots. Those environments shaped how I see and how I work.
In restaurant photography, atmosphere matters. In product photography, every detail communicates identity. In architecture, alignment and proportion are not optional. In portraiture and executive headshots, posture, direction, and small adjustments define presence and confidence.

That background shaped the way I approach weddings.
When I began photographing City Hall ceremonies, I brought the same discipline, attention to light, awareness of space, and consistency to every wedding. That foundation guides how each image is created, from its composition to its final look.
The result is a more grounded approach. Nothing forced, nothing exaggerated, just well constructed images that hold up over time. Light, color, composition, and architecture all serve one purpose: to keep the couple at the center, allowing their connection and the romance of the moment to come through in photographs they can return to for years.

My style is clean and controlled. Not dramatic, not trendy, not built on heavy presets. I focus on balance, natural color, and controlled composition so the images feel clear and timeless. This approach allows the warmth, tenderness, and genuine emotion unique to each couple to come through naturally.
